What tools do I need for the screen share?
We use Google Meet or Zoom. You will need to share your screen so we can see your terminal and config files. No special software required.
What if the issue takes longer than 90 minutes?
Most issues resolve well within 90 minutes. If we run over, we will finish the current fix at no extra charge. For larger issues, we may recommend a Guided Setup instead.
